The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed when a bet ID is generated and confirmation is displayed in your account bet history. A bet that is pending or in progress does not constitute confirmed acceptance.
Odds displayed on the VK 999 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. You will receive the odds as confirmed at the time your bet is accepted, not the odds displayed at the time you added the selection to your bet slip. For in-play bets, odds may be suspended or changed rapidly in response to match events; confirmed bet odds at the moment of acceptance are final.
A bet may be declared void by VK 999 under the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period defined for that market; a clear pricing error is identified; incorrect information was used to determine odds; or the event result is subject to an ongoing official review. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned in full to the account balance.

An account that shows no login activity for twelve consecutive months will be classified as dormant.
